Hello — you found us

You got a letter from us. Here’s exactly what’s going on.

No catch, no small print, no ‘act now’. This page explains what you received, who we are, and how to say yes, no, or ‘never contact me again’ — all three are fine.

What that preview actually is

We looked at your business — the kind of information any customer can find publicly — and built a concept of what a modern website for a business like yours could look like. It’s a demonstration of our work, made to show you rather than tell you. It is not your official website, it isn’t live on Google, it’s marked as a concept, and only people with the link can see it.

Private — not published

Built from public info only

Nothing invented about your business

If anything on the preview is factually wrong, tell us and we’ll correct or remove it immediately.

Who’s behind it

Workflow Forge is a founder-led software and web studio based in London, UK. We build business systems and websites — you can see our work and how we operate on this site. You’re welcome to look around before replying to anything.

What happens next is entirely up to you

“I’m interested.”

Book a callback and we’ll walk through the concept together, adjust it to reality, and give you the exact monthly price in writing.

Book a callback

“Not for me, thanks.”

Do nothing. The preview link simply expires and gets deleted. We won’t chase you with calls.

“Don’t contact me again.”

One click and we add your business to our do-not-contact list — permanently, across everything.

The questions everyone asks

Is this a scam?

A fair question — unsolicited post usually is selling something, and yes, we’d like your business. But: no payment details are ever requested by letter, the preview asks you for nothing, and everything routes back to this one UK company with a public website and a real email address. Verify us before replying — that’s exactly what this page is for.

How did you get my details?

From public sources — your listing, directory entries or existing website. We only use business contact details, we don’t buy marketing lists, and our privacy policy explains it fully: privacy policy.

Did you hack / copy my website?

No. The concept is built fresh, from scratch, using only publicly available information about your business — and it’s clearly labelled as a concept, not the real thing.

Is the preview live on the internet? Can customers see it?

It’s not indexed by search engines and it’s only reachable by the private link. It’s a sketch shown privately to you.

What does a real site cost?

A one-off setup and a monthly plan that includes hosting, updates and changes. Exact figures in writing on your callback — before you commit to anything: websites for trades.

What happens to the preview if I say no?

It gets deleted along with the research behind it, on the schedule in our privacy policy.

Take your time. The preview isn’t going anywhere for a few weeks, and neither are we.
